We pulled the trigger on property this weekend! We are under contract for a 1-acre lot in the Iron Creek subdivision outside of Stanley. We got a great deal on it and are super excited to start thinking about what we're going to do with it.
It's a very private lot with lots of trees and it borders on Forest Service land. We will get some pictures up soon!

Congrats! That's awesome news. I'm sure it's exciting and nerve racking all at the same time. Do you think you'll be putting in an offer on the home you commented on earlier? Greg
